LIPPE-DETMOLD.
THE TROUBLE OVER THE SUCCESSION. KAISER CLIMBING DOWN. j (Received Oct. 11, 9.56 p.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 11. Count von Bulow has explained that the Kaiser is willing that the Lippe-Detmold succession be settled by legal process. The populaif of Lippe have angrily protested against vhe Kaiser's interference.
