Bomb by Post.
TERRIFIC EXPLOSION AND lIAIL OF BULLETS. STOCKHOLM, August 19. This morning a dastardly outrage was perpetrated here, the victim being Ilerr K. F. Lundem, the manage ling director of the Cro\v 0 Centrifuge Company, and a highly,popular figure in Stockholm society. On opening l a -bt>x received by post and addressed to ihiim personally there was a terrific explosion, ami bullets nn inch ini diameter flew in all directions. The concussion shattered every window and door in the offices of the company, and the whole building; was shaken to its foundations. Herr Luniden received severe injuries in the upper portion of the body, and was conveyed in a grave condition to a hospital. Fortunately, fatal results are not anticipated. The remainder of the ofllce stall had narrow escapes. Tho Bonder of the infernal machine is so far undiscovered. The box was daintily packed, and bore the printed label o' a prominent fancy dealer in Stockholm. The address was apparently in a lady's handwriting, i though the probabilities Point t<i a discharged workmen as the perpetrator of the outrage.
