REPORTED "FAR EASTERN AUREEMENT/i AT GREAT BRITAIN'S EXPENSE, (Received September 14, 11 p.m.) LONDON, September 14, 'Hie Times publishes an article, wri.ten by aa exceptionally woll-la-formed correspondent, alleging that Russia and Ueriuany have arrived at a " Far Eastern understanding." Germany will support Russia in any peace settlement, besides exhibiting benevolence in other, ways. Russia, in return, is giving Germany a 'ree hunid, and perhaps something more, in realising her Far Eastern ambitions, probably ut Britain'A «xpeo»»*
