(Received August 91, 9,0 a.m.) AMSTERDAM-,- 1 Atfgust 90. Tho Socialist Congress, iy 25 votes to 5, endorsed the Dresden resolution censuring the opportunism of M, JaureS, leader of the Franc* Socialists.
M. J'aures replied that Qermftnl had derived .their electoral righto from the sovereign, and added : "We won ours at the barricades." ~ Herr Bebel, leader of the German Socialists, retorted : "It was Napoleon you owed your suffrage to ; and it was BiMiiarck (who captured your Emperor) that you owed tha Republic to."
