WARRNAMBOOL 110 AD RACE.

MELBOURNE,. August 20. The road race from Warrnamnool to Melbourne (165 nilles) was won by Wright (Victoria). JUuxombe fKew South Wales) was second, oad H. Henderson (Now Zealand) third. Ihc raco was run under unfavourable circumstances, heavy rain during the past few days having made the road heavy.

Owing to the weather condition! only 29 men faced the starter. The times of the placed men were—Weight (38 minutes start), riding time - 7hr 52inin 57sec ; Larcombe (flOmis.) 7hr 4Hmin 7soc ; Henderson (25min) 7hr 52min 29sec. Larcombe's tlms was only seven seconds outside tht world's record established by Artist last year.
