BUTTER PRICES.

NOT LIKELY TO IMPROVE. (Received August 21, 9.6 a.m.* LONDON, August 20. Weddel's annual review of the butter trade says blue serious deterioration in quality o<f Australian butter is due to the improper use of private separators a nd other uifecientific methods.
