Aleikle claimed £2OOO damages from John Jlackay, Government printer, and Thomas Hnmer., private secretary to the Premier, tho alleged libel consisted of the publication of certain references by District Judge Ward to the lleiklo case. Plaintilt received a nonsuit, with costs on inqutst scale.
