Mr CoMi said its readjustment in some loading lines was highly desirable, 1 and declared that it lwd proved un- , satisfactory to all parties. Ho quoted figures to show how tho present , lariH was injurious to business, and its effect in reducing employment. f Tho debate was adjourned until 3 September Ist.
