The re-arrangement oi , electorates under the reduced mem- - bership scheme, amd the vote-splitting which will be a deciding factor in a i number of cases, makes it di/licult to j forecast the result. Both morning . papers, alter an unsparing campaign . against Government extravagance, i predict an Opposition victory. On , the other hand it is claimed that Ministerialists, with the support oi tho Labour Party, have a majority, , though possibly a small one. The , seats of some Ministers are considered shaky.
