REVERTING TO NORMAL CONDITIONS. (Received August 4, 11.5") p.m.) LONDON, August 4. Dr. Jameson, Premier of Cape Colony, is visiting London. He states that the revenue of the colony for the year will be £9,910,000,' and the expenditure £10,840,000. imports into U«e colony for the year ended June 30th, declined toy £8,200000, showing a return to the normal condition of affairs after the artificial activity consequent on the w a r.
