Forwards—Tocker (Stratford), Davis (Manaia), Pratt (Hawera), CaUiro (Stratford), Whlttaker (Hawera). Emergencies—D a ckn, James (Stratford), Lusher (Manaia) ; half, A'Court (Hawera) ; forwards', Adams (Eltham), Wood (Hawera). The North team is as follows : Goal - 11. McEwen (Carrington Road), Backs—Avery (New Plymouth), K. McAllum (Carrington Road). Halves—Hay (N«w Plymouth), Turner (Inglewood), Renle (New Plymouth). Forwards Cooko (Inglewood), Marrett (Carrington Road), P. McF.wen (Carrington Road), Hnrris (Inglcwood), Perhnm (Carrington Road). A certainly stronger forward line could he put on by choosing all the Carrington Road forwards for the right.
