The Very Rev. Frederick Goldsmith has been consecrated Bishop of Dunbury (West Australia). The new bishop was Dean of Perth, West Australia, since 1888. Ho married in 1880 the youngest daughter of Rev. G. Frewer, Master at Eton College and Rector of Hitcham, Burks. Educated at St. John's College,' Oxford, ■tho new bishop took his D.A. degree in 1876 and that of M.A, in 1885
