In the tnth century it was generally revived in the Western Church, and it tho Restoration was adopted by ho Protestants. It consists of an .ntroduction and two positions, with Lheir proofs, deductions and conclutions, the whole enjoining that salvation is contingent upon a firm Hold of tho Catholic faith—the worship of "one God in Trinity, and Trinity in Unity, neither confounding the persons nor dividing the substance."
