MISSION IN MOTION. WARNINGS TO THE THIBETANS. BOMBAY, July 14. The march on Llmssa lias commenced. Mounted infantry are maintaining communications. Colonel You nghu stand has issued a proclamation explaining to the people that insults and resistance compelled him to seek satisfaction at Lhassa, though a further oppurtunity for a reas»mi|hle settlement would be afforded. Ho warns the populace that severe punishment will follow any attack on the British.
