The Pahiatua Seat.

(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, July 13. Mr Frank E. Perry, a sheep farmer, and an old resident of the PaJu'aj tua district, announces himself as a 'candidate for the Pahiatua seat in the Opposition interest. The Government has accepted Mr T. L. Buick as the Government candidate for the Pahiatua seat. All tho others who intended to stand In that interest have agreed to stand down so as to give Mr Buick ' tt» undivided Liberal vote.
