GENERAL BOOTH'S ARMY
CHARGE TO OFFICERS. LONDON, Julj 10. General Booth's charge to the Salvation Army officers aroused tremendous enthusiasm and much popular interest. Lord Rosebery, Lords Grey and Aberdeen, the Bishop of Hereford and leading officials of Church and Army were present. The higher officers of the Army remain to confer with their commander while the "held officers" disperse.
