A MINISTER DE TROP.

1 SCATHING DENUNCIATION BY A CLERGYMAN. (Received July 11, 1.17 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 10. The Orange religious services produced some liery denunciations. The Rev. Dill-llaekay, referring lo recent Ministerial changes, said all should Ik proud of the action of Sir Harry Rawson (State Governor) in refusing to put the formation of the Ministry into the hands of one who had not the decency to see he was not fitted for that position, and who instead of shrinking under such a rebuff declared he would make the Go vernor eat the snub. The man who used such language, the reverend speaker declared, in regard to the representative of the King, deserved to be handcuffed and landed in Durlinghurst Gaol.
