The Sultan of Morocco has agreed -*"Jo Raisuli's demands. Raisuli asks that Britain and America should guarantee the Sultan's promises, but America declines. The Sultan has appointed Herid Barrada (Raisuli's nominee) as Governor of Tangiers.
