NATIVE IMPUDENCE. LONDON, Juno 5. Colonel Younghusband sent a letter (jiving the last 'dnto on which the mission would be prepared to meet delegates at (lyaivg-tse, and asking the Thibetan general to forward it to Lhnssa. The letter was returned with n message that Colonel Younghuslrand might send by the Chinese tho two four-pounders used at Palla, and captured where the Lhassa general was killed, BRITAIN'S ASSURANCES TO RUSSIA. (Received June 7, 0.4 a.m.) LONDON, June 6. Beuter's agency in St. Petersburg reports that Russia, in the course of correspondence, received from Britain Satis-fatetory assurances rctjjirding the scope of British action in Thibet.
