QUESTION OF ADMINISTRATION MELBOURNE, May 30. ' The Methodist Conference is discussing a motion by the Rev. Dr. Morley that the conference resolves that the actuarial basis be main' tained for the whole supernumerary fund, and an amendment by the Rev. Carruthers (New South Wales) that the ministers' branch be administered on schedule principles, and that th» auxiliary branch be administered on no actuarial basis.
