NATIVE POSTS RECALLED. (Received May 30, 11.44 p.m.) LONDON, May 30. The Joughen of Shiga-tse, commanding a. Thibetan fort, lias recalled all outlying posts, fearing Hritish raids on the neighbouring villages. On iivo hundred lieravas evacuating the Niani monastery, the British rewired the place unlit for military occupation. The fort furiously tmt fruitlessly fired on tho Hritish while returning to camp. Communication with the rear has been re-opened,
