(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, May 80. Decrees nisi wero granted In the cases Wm. Henry Sales v. Delia Saies, desertion and adultery, John Stone v. Emma Stone; on the ground of her adultery with Sidney Constable alias Lawson ; and also, in tho case Ida Isabella James v. Charles Isaac James, dosertion ; and Margaret Forsyth v. Joseph Forsyth, on the ground that respondent is serving a sentence of fifteen years' imprisonment. Petitioner stated that when 20 years of age she married the respondent, who was then 58. He had a family of twelve, and was imprisoned for violating his own daughter and his sentence would expire in 18 months. She had deferred divoroo proceedings, hoping he would not outlive the "sentence.
