<!Vr Press Association.) CHHISTCIII'HCM, May 17. Captain Seddon, the Premier's son, has .served Mr T. K. Taylor, M.11.U., with a writ for alleged libel, claiming £IOOO damages. The statement of claim sets out that plaVntitT was engaged in the lloer war, and that several times in Wellington, and Ohriiwtehui'c.h Mr 'lliylor is alleged to have stated that lie was courtmartialled and sent, home during the campaign for running away and leaving his men.
