District Court.
A sitting of the District Court will be held this morning before His .Honor District Judge Ward. There is no criminal business, and only two civil cases. The School Commissioner's sue J. S. Knobbs, of Opunake, to recover £7 10s, balance of rent of sections, and also to recover possession of the said sections. K. HuJ'ke and W. G. Alalone sue Wyllie and Stott. Mr Malone claims to recover £B7 10s lOd, as trustee for Mr Burke, whose gooas were realised for his creditors' benefit, being an amount retained by the defendants. An application of C. p, Cottier for an order of (Hsclmrgw from bankruptcy will also be made.
