THIBET EXPEDITION.
LONDON, April 28. The Russian agent at Lhossa has advised the Dalai Lama to take refuge in Russian territory, Colonel Younghusband cables that the Thibetans are most friendly, freely ordering goods from Indjaf The Chinese Amban states that the Dalai Lama has recognised Britain's great power, and is anxiouß for the Amban bo effect a settlement. Ho has imprisoned his formcf councillors.
