The ffteamer Penguin when going out for Picton and Wellington this morning went ashoro at Wave Point Bight of the Bouldor Bank, opposite Flfeshire Rock. It was high water at the time and attempts to get her 'off failed. She is making no water and is expected to float off at high tide to-night. The passengers returned to Nelson.

The Penguine came oft to-night as the tide made and proceeded on her way to Wellington.
