(Per Press Association.) CHIUSTCHLHCH, April 20 John Knight was hejore the court this mjo'rning charged with wilfully obstructing the. New 'Brighton Tramway (Jo's, lino by driving a horse and dray in iront of tlie train and much delaying its progress. A line of £1 was inflicted. The* case is the outcome of a lomj-sliamding dispute regarding the ownership of some land through which the line runs and which Mrs Knight (mother of John Knight) claims as hers,
