The case of thoW An'gliqa'n Diocesan Trustees against the City Council, a claim for £0123 Kir land taken for street widening purposes, was concluded before life compensation Court Ito-day. After hearing technical evidence and addresses of counsel the court unanimously awarded the claimants £3106, each party to pay Its own costs, and its own assessor's fee.
