The alleged grafting of an ear in America poles before a .story in the British Medical Journal. An old man of sixty had the first, linger of his right hand bitten off by a uml, in company with a friend and the finger, walked off to a dpctor's house (a distance of six miles), where, after hunting in his pockets, the friend produced the finger, covered with tobacco dust. In spite of the fsict that the finger had been off for about two hours, it was fixed in its place again, and has grown, together. nicely*
