Senior Four-Oar Clinker RaceFirst prize £ls, second £4, for four boats or more. Three boats lirst prize £ls, second £3. Two boats, £lO. About one mile. 4. Girls' Whaleboat Race—For girls under 18 years of age. First prize £4, second £2, third £l, for three crews and over ; for two crews, first £3, second £l. About half a mile. 5. Champion Whaleboat Race—First prize £2O, second £5. Two miles. 6. 11 Dive—Neatest header. About .15 feet. First prize £l, second 10s. l'ost entry. 7. Rest Decorated Boat—To be rowed by ladies in procession. First prize £3, second £l. 8. Senior Pair-Oar Outrigger RaceFirst prize £lO, second £3 ; for three boats or more. Two boats, first prize £7. Mounted Swimming Race (handicap)— Rider must enter and leave the water on horseback. First prize £2, second 10s. Post entry 2s Gd. 17. Tub Roue—For boys under 17 years. First prize £l, second ,10s, for six starters. First prize 15s, second ss, for four starters ; post entry. 18. Tub Race—Open to all comers. First prize £1 ss, second 10s,third 7s ; for six starters. First prizo, £1 ss, second 10s, for four starters. Post entry. 19. Greasy Boom—Open to all coiners. First prize (six) 60s, four 30s, three 255. Post entry. 20. Boys' Swimming Race—For boys under 15 years. First prize 15s, second ss. Entrance free. 21. Greasy Boom—For boys under 18 years. First prizo 15s, second ss. Post entry. CONDITIONS. Three crews to enter or xio second prize. All races to start punctually at advertised time. Any boat not at the starting point at the proper time shall be liable to disqualification for that event. Objections with qualifications of a competitor shall be made in writing to the Secretary at the earliest moment practicable. No protest or objection shall be entertained unless placed in the hands of the Secretary within 48 hours after the day of the Regatta. A deposit of 10s must accompany each protest, which sum may he forfeited if the protest is not upheld by tlie Committee. Entrance lee 5 per cent, of the total amount of prize money offered for each event. Names, weights of competitors (including- substitutes), and colours to lie worn, must be lodged at time of entry. All post entries (to close on Regatta day at 12 noon.) will be charged 5 per cent, on amount of first prizo The Committee reserve to themselves the right to alter the order or postpone any or nil of the events, and add any regulations which in their opinion muy be necessary. Entries for the Four-Oar, Pair-Oar and Single Sculls close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall Waitara, on THURSDAY, March lo' at 8.30 p.m. ' Entries for all W'lialeboat Races close with the Secretary at the Foresters' Hall on THURSDAY, March Irt-b, at 8 j),m.
