TO BE DELIVER Ed) AFTER FOSTER. (Received March 17, ll.l:i p.m.) LONDON, March 17. In the House of Commons Mr Austin Chamberlain announced that the Budget would be delivered after Easter. Mr Wynduiu foreshadowed an effort to improve primary education in Ireland and increase 'he number of teachers.
