Appeal Court.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 16. The Appeal Court is occupied with the Auckland case Paterson v. Fleming. In December last DrFleming proceeded in the Supreme Court, Auckland, before Judge Edwards alone, for damages for personal injury sustained at Tauranga by cattle landed there by Paterson. Judge Edwards awarded £I2SU damages and costs. From this Uecision Paterson is appealing.
