A SENSATIONAL SOCIAL DEMOCRAT SPEECH, (Received March 9, 0.13 a.m.) BERLIN, March 8. Hen- Bebel created a sensation in the Reichstag during the Army Estimates debate. Replying to a taunt that the Social Democrats were a disturbing factor in the army Herr Bebel declared that if the country's existence were ut suake every Social Democrat would snoulder the rifle and defend the Fatherland to his last breath.
