THE FINGALL FRAUDS.
LONDON, Feb. 7. Mr Justice Kennedy decided that tho Great Fingtill Company is liable for £20,000, which Reuben and Ludenburg, stock brokers, advanced to Rome upon forged certificates for 5000 shares.
