EMBARGO ON MEAT.
AUSTRIANS OBJECT TO AMERICAN IMPORTATIONS. (Received Feb. 2, 9.47 p.m.) VIENNA, Feb. 2. Farmers and 'butchers throughout Austria hove protested so unanimously against the importation of meat that the representatives of American packers think the time unripe to enter the markets. A cargo of Argentine meat is about to arrive, but it is doubtful whether it .will be permitted to be sold.
