FURTHER MASSACRES PLANNED. ST. PETERSBURG, Dec. 22. There are einister reports that massacres at Kis-hinelf aee being prepared for at Christinas. General Petrussoff, Governor of the town, told the Jews if they defended themselves in the event of attack he would be unable to rely on the troops to maintain order, as they are exasperated -at the trials. LONDON, Dec. 22. Tho Standard declares that the result of the Kishinefl trial was a flagrant miscarriage of justice, tire judges being a/raid to further inflame tho populace.
