with the Post Office holidays that on Thursday, 24th and 31st, there will tie a counter delivery from 7 to 8 p.m. This concession is of very little service to tlie general public, 'f the Department would arrange for such a delivery front 8 to 9 p.m., or any foutn- alter tlie sorting of the southern mails it would be a great convenience to the general public, and wonld <l>e much iuppreciated.
