(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 16. Only six applications were received for sections in the Normandale Estate, Lower Hutt, recently purchased by the Government from W. A. Fitzherbbrt. Forty-nine sections were offered under the lease iii perpetuity system.
