Mildand Railway.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Dec. 16. A receipt for £150,000 paid by thc Crown in full settlement of all claims by the Midland Railway Company was given to-day by Mr'C'oates (General Manager of the National Bank) on be half of the debenture holders, and Mr Dailston, on behalf of the Company.
