(Per Press Association.) CHIUSTCIIIJRCH, Dec. 11. A meeting of holders of wheat at Ash/burton decided, in Tiew of the unsatisfactory state of the market, to ship one-fourth of their holdings to Great Britain- A committee was appointed to charter vessels and mnko arrangements. It was stated that there was only one buyer on the market, and that the millers were holding off for a fall. It is oxpected that the difference between the local and English price will cover the cost of shipment, while ths value of the 'balance • of the holdings will be increased.
