The British Medical Journal'states on absolutely trustworthy authority that the Kaiser's medical attendants consider the cure of his vocal affection complete, and there is no fear whatever of untoward developments. ANXIETY IN GERMANY. VIENNA, Dec. 6. A painful sensation has been caused in Austria by a semi-official statement made in Vi cnna that a regency will be appointed in the event of the Kaiser going south to recuperate. BERLIN, Dec. 6. anxiety in Germany regarding the Kaiser's condition is not -allayed, despite medical testimony as to his progress.
