AUCKLAND, Dec. 5. Judge Edwards fined Geo. Heritare, Joseph Gardiner, and Joseph Powell, convicted of liquor-selling in the King .Country, £.">o each ; in default, imprisonment until the fine is paid, tire period not to exceed three months. WELLINGTON, Doc. 5. Young Sow, a Chinese storekeeper, was this morning lined JC2O and a large quantity of liquor found on the premises,was order to bo forfeits'" on a charge of sly-grog selling. Notice of appeal was given.
