Late "Two-Up" Raid.
(Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Nov. 29. The Supreme Court was engaged all Friday and Saturday in hearing the charges of having kept a common gaming house preferred against Charles Edger and Frank Sturgeon. The cases were the result of the recent raid by the police on a two-up school at the Olympic Club. The hearing d? the evidence and counsels' addresses concluded last evening l ,; and at nine o'clock the jury intimated that they were unable to agree. They were accordingly discharged and the prisoners remanded.
