Health of the Kaiser.
UNEASINESS OF THE BERLIN COURT. Received 29, 10.8 a.m. BERLIN, Nov. 27. The Kaiser is reported to be undergoing massage treatment of the larynx, for improvement of voice production. Received 29, 10.18 a.m. BERLIN, Nov. 28. The Werner Allemaigne Zeitung states that a certain amount of uneasiness is felt in Berlin Court circlesl. There is also talk of another operation on the Kaiser. No danger is anticipated ; but the healing process has given rise to unexpected complications. His Majesty's .strength rallied after a simple operation for so*-called singers' polypus.
