American exports of flour to Japan for the nine months of the present year are double those of the same period last year. DIVORCE IN HIGH LIFE. BERLIN, Nov. 27 The Princess Alice of Schoen'burg has initiated divorce proceedings at Dresden. THE GERMAN NAVY SCANDAL. Ensign Huessner, whose trial in connection with the murder of Gunner H'artmann at Essen created a sensation, has been dismissed from the German navy. THE SOMALILAND CAMPAIGN. Received 27, 11.31 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 27. News has been received tjpat between Galadi and Bohotle Colonel Mafinrng Ivaxi a slight brush -with 220 Dervishes. Six of the latter were killed, and 380 camels and 2500 goats captured.
