Timaru Harbour Board.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Nov. 2 27. Mr W. Evans, Chairman of the Timaru Harbour Board, has sent a letter to the Board objecting to their way of settling the differences between himself and the resident engineer. He suggested that the enquiry be reopened by an outside tribunal, and if this were not adopted he would resign. The Board declined to accept the proposal.
