CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 21. S. C. Malcolm, a Christchurch draper, with three children, "is claiming £750 from the Christchurch Tramway Company for compensation for losses sustained by plaintiff by the death of Mrs Malcolm in consequence of a train collision. The jury awarded £650.
