Escape of Prisoner.
BUNEDIN, Nov. 21. Otto Herdigan, who was arrested recently on a number of charges of breaking and entering in South Canterbury and Otago, escaped from the prison works at the Heads this afternoon. It is known that he has since succeeded in changing his clothes, so that evidently the escape was prearranges. It is believed he is hiding in the bush near Cape Saunders.
