The Court of Enquiry into the collision between tire steamers Gertie and Queen of Vie South m broad daylight off Kahurangi Point, when both steamers were going! in the same direction, gave its decision today. The Court found that tie Gcr-; tie was the overtaking veseel, and Captain Simpson, of that vessel, was ordered to pay all costs of the enquiry except cosrts of the mate of the Queen of the South, who should have called his captain earlier.
