Arbitration Court. V ELLINGTON, Nov. 11. The Arbitration Court resumed the hearing of the wharf labourers dispute this morning. Evidence for the Union was concluded, and the other side dispensed with opening addresses. The Harbour Bourd secretary asserted that the demands of the men would mean an increased expenditure in wages of £4OOO a year.
